Exchange and return

Exchange and return of good quality goods is possible under the following conditions:

• 14 days have not passed since the purchase of the product;
• the product was not in use and was not used in any way;
• completely preserved branded packaging (including stickers and certificates);
• the product is in the same condition as at the time of purchase and delivery to the buyer (without any damage or defects);
• the buyer has provided documents confirming the payment of the goods.

If you find a hidden defect, you can confirm it with a photo - we will refund you. You can return the goods in the same way in which the delivery took place or in another way as agreed.
